If you suspect high functioning Autism or Asperger's Syndrome than an evaluation may be in order. No one starndardized test can diagnosis Autism Spectrum Diisorder, but a full evaluation of history, communication skills, social skills, cognitive functioning and checklists would provide information for the diagnosis.
